This can be a full and intense course. Be kind to yourself. When working with Chakras we often become aware of things we want to release or we want to cultivate. Put your attention to it, but let go of any need to make it happen immediately. Your desire will clear it out or make it more, as your energy is ready.

How to get the most out of this mini-course:

Journal about your experience with each chakra. There is a lesson for each chakra and a meditation for each chakra. Journal your experience after each one. Do one chakra each day. Don't rush it or try to cram them all into one day out of excitement. This is subtle, yet very powerful energy work. I have included the Connecting to Your Chakras publication. This is a quick reference guide for the chakras including the color, location, what it deals with, and the mantra. It also includes the short daily chakra meditation exercise. Also included is a fun bonus, Coloring Your Chakras. This is a great relaxation exercise to do. When I teach this class in person, I play music associated with that chakra. You can find lots to choose from on YouTube. Have fun.
