A transition is impactful in our lives. Yet it happens all the time. A new job, moving house, leaving the country, getting married, having children, getting a divorce, the passing of a loved one.....It can even be much more intense, like a war, a crisis, bankrupcy, a natural disaster, the transition of an entire society. There are so many reasons for a transition to present itself. Yet most of the time it upsets our senses and fills us with anxiety. Dealing with a transition is intense and a little help or guidance is comforting. That is what this training is about, to understand the process and step into it with confidence and reassurance rather than a feeling of discomfort and panic.
