If we want to be active during a large part of the day our brains need to reduce the amount of impulses to a minimum. We tend to develop a comfort zone of standard behavior through daily routines. This helps us dose the usage of our brain energy, avoiding us to get upset due to too many brain triggers. This also allows us to react instantly when our attention indeed is needed, for instance when in abrupt danger.&nbsp;
We mostly tend to develop our lives therefore within our established comfort. A daily pattern that we tend to repeat. We may introduce minimal changes, but try to avoid big ones that upset this comfort.
