I want to emphasize something that I have mentioned before during this course. But that is really, really, really important for me to communicate. And that is that yes, with all of this is going to have a great impact in your professional challenges and generating innovative solutions to deal with all kinds of issues. But, you know, what is even more important is that it will allow you to reach a better balance between your analytical strategies and muscles and your creative once again, this is very important because a lot of people that in life are feeling stress and anxiety or just, you know, dissatisfaction, emptiness whatever. They don't know where these things are coming from, and you know, sometimes are coming from other reasons, but sometimes in many cases, this is coming from having analytical muscles that are too strong, and query muscles that are too weak, okay?
When your muscles are too strong and the creative muscles are too weak, you are always leaving in a little constrained or restrained area of logic analysis and high obstruction and language. It's as I know, and this is a you know, a way of living that produces a lot of stress and anxiety. When you begin to balance that with the other set of muscles with the creative ones, and you create a better balance, suddenly, you are able to deal with stress much better. You are also able to deal with issues and problems much better because you always have these older avenues you know, to expand, you know, instead of just being stuck, you know, on that little area, that little circle of the analytical world You know, so this is a one of the biggest benefits of training your creative muscles and doing this type of process to have a more balanced mind and a more balanced set of mental strategies.
And this will drive you closer to success, no professional success and personal success. You know success in your career, but also in your interpersonal relationships is success in many different professional and personal areas.
