All right now this platform is based on the torch innovation methodology. The torch methodology has a lot of strategies to accelerate and to improve the ideation process and these strategies, they try to do two things. Number one, they try to help you avoid the push of the analytical part of your mind that is always pushing you to convert to the typical unpredictable things. So it's trying to help you to stay away from the typical unpredictable that is what the analytical part of your mind is always trying to push you forwards. And number two is trying to help you make the process more divergent, more creative, you know, help you to divert wider and better and stronger to make those ideas more original and more creative. Now for that thought has a lot of different strategies.

A lot of them you can see here if you have them. And this is a very extensive topic that is obviously not space in this course to talk about all of these strategies, that would take a long time. And in fact, there is a big book about this. So if you want to a, you know, go into depth and a lot of detail about these strategies, and you can take a poke, you can go much deeper in different ways into the thought methodology. I'm just going to give you now a little summary of six or seven of these strategies that you can very easily use with a platform. And this is going to be enough for you to create great ideas.

Okay, those that want to expand, they can do it, but this is going to be enough to create great ideas. The first one is guaranteed randomness. Guaranteed randomness. What does it mean? Okay, randomness means that the platform is very easy platform is going to give you random creating reveals Why is a random list so useful because The randomness forces you It forces you to jump to unexpected information elements. So it's much easier to stay away from the typical unpredictable when you force yourself to jump to unexpected ingredients.

And when you combine those unexpected ingredients with your challenge, it's easier to end up in something more original thanks to randomness and guided why guided because you can guide it like when you go to the magnifier and you search for a concept and you get a lot of conceptual visual variations of that concept. You are working with randomness but guided Okay, that's quite as big the randomness Alright, the next one improvisation and gesture strategies without going into much detail. What this means is that the analytical part of your Mind is slow, okay, it's very slow. So if you want to stay away from the typical unpredictable, one trick that you can use is being fast. That's why when you improvise, or when you do gestural strategies, what you do is you are fast, and then the analytical part of your mind doesn't have time to push you to the typical, and you have more chances of jumping to something or detail unexpected.

That's why one thing that you can try is when you're working with a platform, and you see a new ingredient, don't take a long time to over analyze, visualize your challenge, then allow the creative ingredient to trigger other visualizations and you are now in a relaxed way, both visualizations to combine and stay open to any a you know, any connection that appears as fast as it wants, you know, so Don't overanalyze, you know, stay open to the very first combinations that appear in your mind. Because those are going to give you many times the most creative possibilities when you don't give enough time to the analytical part of your mind to push you to convert to the typical unpredictable. Okay, next one, no variable ingredients important, dead variable, the language. The part that deals with language in your brain is very connected to the analytical strategies of your mind.

So when you work with language, and with variable ingredients, it is easier to convert to typical unpredictable connections. So one thing that you can use is to use also known variable ingredients. So I encourage you to work with images with drawing with acoustic sounds with emotional ingredients. It's an adjective When you combine all of these you have more possibilities to stay away from typical connections and closer to more creative ones. Next one visualization. Yes, because great ideation is helped by juicing visualization when you combine two visualizations, that is relaxation of your talents, will there be civilizations triggered by their creative ingredients?

Why is visualization so powerful? Because when you use for sample language and you are working with something sequential work by work, it describes something, but when you visualize you are seeing more taneous li a, accessing a lot of information all at once is faster, is richer and is more simultaneous. And second, as we saw is that language works at a very high level of abstraction is very generic. That word employs represents all the possible employees in the universe. But when you visualize one specific employee, you work at a much lower level of abstraction, you are much closer you are much closer to the rich details of real life. And that brings you closer to create connections that are a richer and more original.

Next one, and no need loose buttons or anonymous textures. Like we said, with sounds with images with videos, you can work with concrete, specific textures, you know, images or videos or sounds where you can easily label and recognize the analytical part of your mind can recognize this is a person this is a car this is done, this is done. Or you can work with abstract, anonymous textures. These are sounds, images or videos where you cannot easily recognize what you are looking at. And because of that, you can interact them in infinite ways. So it's very easy to work with concrete specific textures.

But it's also easier to jump to connections that are typical. It is a little bit more difficult to work with abstract image textures. But the possibilities of creating very creative connections are much bigger. And finally, emotional haikus. So emotional haikus are poetry specially designed to stimulate your creativity. And what is key here is that you interpret and you work with this emotional poetry with this haikus.

Not literally You don't look at the words in a literal way. But you allow those four etic phrases to trigger feelings and emotions in you and those two trigger visualizations and you combine those with actualizations of your challenge. So you work from an emotional perspective, which is very rich and I have seen For example, many people create complete marketing campaigns, only working with this emotional haikus. Alright, that was a very quick overview. If you work with these strategies, or just two or three of them, it will be enough for you to create loads of fantastic ideas. Of course, the deeper you go into the methodology, they obviously the better and richer and better everything will be so you are free, of course to after the course continue going deeper and deeper and deeper into the thought methodology to become a master of this process.

All right, let's continue
