DESCRIPTION: Moving Forwards
Back in 2016, I decided to make Bioenergetics a daily practice. 5 years later, most people say I look younger than they&rsquo;ve ever seen me! Making this series of videos, I&rsquo;m 60 years old. It&rsquo;s not that I am in any way special. I just do the Bio.
The workout we&rsquo;ll be doing in this module moves from standing to sitting to a dynamic floor posture and then uses the Arch to integrate&hellip; before beginning again! I do a workout very similar to this one every morning shortly after I get up. I do it for 12 minutes. That is all you need to both keep yourself in a good space, energetically and emotionally and to keep going deeper. Because that is the great thing about Bio. It&rsquo;s not just a physical workout. It also progressively frees up stuck energy from within and makes it available for you to use in whatever aspect of your life that you choose to.
