DESCRIPTION:

Choosing your Fitness Goals Based on your own Starting Point
You can use the numbers calculated in our BMI and Body Fat Percentage to work out a good goal to aim for for your body.

If you are towards the higher end of BMI scale and over your recommended Healthy Body Fat % for your age, you would be advised to pursure a Fat loss program to cut some body fat while also training to increase lean muscle mass.
If you are underweight you may wish to pursue a lean msucle building program where you would eat a little more than you have been eating along with upping your resistance training sessions to build a higher muscle mass and increase your strength and fitness.
If you are in the middle and at a healthy weight, your strategy could be to add more muscle and cut a small bit of fat to look more toned or to increase fitness levels and performance so you may eat the same amount of calories but increase your movement and training.
Each strategy will be different for each person, and both...
