Choosing Your Calorie Budgeting Strategy

This is explained in the video in a previous section
Decide the Strategy that will help you best adhere to the weekly target:

Strategy 1 – Eating Around your workouts (Best - Recommended):

This is the strategy that I recommend as it involves eating around your workouts, as is the reason we split the days into 3 types of activity days (Sedentary, Light-Active and Training Day).
It makes sense and your body will need more food/energy on the days you work harder, than on the days you move less.
With this strategy, we power our training the best.
It also promotes better muscle growth, as we are feeding the muscles more food on training days when they need it for repair and to power your training sessions.

Strategy 2 – Eating The Same Everyday:

This strategy might be good for somebody that wants to eat similar foods everyday and doesn’t want to be changing up and calculating different meals on different days.
