DESCRIPTION:
Choosing your Fitness and Body Composition Goals:

Maintain Weight (Lose Some Fat / Gain Some Muscle):
If you are happy with your weight, and you are within recommended guidelines for Body Fat levels, and maybe you just want to cut some fat and get lean muscle, you may wish to use a weight maintenance nutrition plan.
This will involve a reasonably clean diet and adding in training but not at the extreme of either end. It will build lean muscle while minimising excess fat. If you are already in shape or when you get to a point that you are in the shape you are happy with, this could be the maintenance plan for you.
We will still want you to add 3-4 exercise days here too so you can eat more and power that training while still cutting fat and keeping your weight stable.
Note:
You still eat more on your more active days and less on your sedentary days as you can see from the figures in your calculation later in the course.
Check the next lesson for Fat Loss Goals.
