Your Diet starts in the supermarket or when you go for your lunch break.
The decisions on the items that you purchase in the first place will effect your fitness goals, body and Life.
If you do not have the items in your house or at your desk in work – you cannot, will not (or are much less likely to) eat them.

Fibre  – identify foods on list with high values in the fibre column
