Get a pen and piece of paper, and write down the following.
For each area think:

Is there any time that I can use more productively that will help me towards my goals?
Is there any time that I am wasting or that actually pulling me away from my end goals?

Sample Ideas (Feel Free to Add Your own)

Work – What are your working hours? Are your hours Flexible?
Sleep – Do you get at least 7 hours of sleep every night? If not why?
Traning – When do you prefer to train? Can you give up 4 hours a week to train?
Acitivity – Do you get any non-structured exercise during a typical week? Walk, run Bike etc.
Nutrition – Do you cook your own food or eat out or in work?
Family time – Do you have a family?
Relationship – Do you have a significant other? What does time with each other look like? Is it active? Can you make it more active?
Friends Social Time – Do you go out every weekend to bars or is your social time more active?
