DESCRIPTION: This is your first online hypnotherapy class. You will be guided into hypnosis, you are in control at all times and in this class, you get used to the sensation of hypnosis and begin to reduce stress from your mind. To really feel the benefit you need to do hypnosis like this on a regular basis so this is why the course is five sessions long and we will go further into hypnosis each time building up the benefits. Watch each class a week apart. You need to find a quiet comfortable space where you are seated upright, but you are supported and safe.
