Welcome to Chapter Five. In this chapter I will talk about the right mindset back to number four, which is you must believe with certainty that you can or will lose weight. You see, the best way to lose progress in the world will not help you lose weight if you don't truly believe that you can lose weight. The reason for that is simple. Every day we get bombarded by thousands of messages from our environment, our conscious mind due to its limited processing power, it is only aware of a very small fraction of all those messages. our subconscious mind on the other hand, processes all that information from my environment and makes your conscious mind aware of only the important information.

So the question is, who determines what information is important and you should let the customer know about it and What information is not important and should be ignored? The answer is your beliefs. your beliefs serves as a filter. So basically your beliefs determine what information you mind ledger cuts mine to become aware of and what information to buy. Why is important to know especially for weight loss, because if you don't truly believe that you can lose weight, you will not be able to see the solution to the obstacles the gain new way of losing weight. Let me explain it this way.

Let's say after you look at the current behaviors, you realize that one of the healthy behaviors you need to incorporate into your life is exercise. If you ever believe deep down that you don't have time to exercise, somehow you always be too busy and you will not be able to find time to exercise. Your belief that you have no time direct sight will not allow you to find the time needed to exercise. I say this all the time when I coach people I have to start a stick to the next day's program. They will come to me No one tell me how busy they are and have no time to exercise. But when we go through the day, we are always able to find plenty of time to fit in exercise.

Basically your beliefs can make you blind to opportunities to fit in exercise. And know very busy people that somehow always find time to exercise and others they're not busy at all. Somehow, they never have time to exercise. your beliefs don't just make a big difference in what you notice and what you don't notice your beliefs make all the difference. By simply believing that something is possible your subconscious mind looks for ways to make it possible. And as soon as it does find a way to let your cuts of Mike know about it.

By believing something it's not possible, then you surprise my looks for reasons why it's not possible it will blow your mind from finding any solutions to make it to making it possible. Basically, your subconscious mind always tries to validate your beliefs regardless if they're good or bad. This is why You must believe that something's possible before you can make it a reality. I can't emphasize it enough Your homework is to read the PDF report that's included in this chapter. This report reinforces many of the ideas I talked about in this video. Besides reading this report is not a bad idea to watch this video.
