All right. Now we're entering the home stretch of the class and this is the second to the last little tidbit. I couldn't figure out any place else to throw it into. But it's a very important new technology. It's been around for quite a while in Europe, but it's only recently come into the United States and so we're kind of playing catch up here to tell you all about it. So that's what a Flash Détente unit looks like. This is a Della Tofolla unit and I'm going to explain what all of these pieces do. It's really expensive -- you're looking at $1 million bucks there. Now, this is Eric Laumann, who was the winemaker for the Monterey Wine Company in King City in Monterey County, and he's the guy who brought in the first Flash Détente in, and the purpose was very different than the way it's used in most of the rest of the world.
