So then the other thing we did was to look at hang time maturity. And so here we have picking these grapes a week apart, August 24th, and each week after that.
And again, we saw the same effect of the strawberry increasing and the tomato soup getting less. And so we were able to greatly increase the quality. Now these little letters here are marking significant groups. And so up here in the "a" group, we have the initial one hour, and then the two-hour skin contact was significantly higher. This is at the 5% level. And then in the three and fourth we continued to see an increase, but it wasn't significant.
And so the difference between these two was not enough to get over the threshold critical F to differentiate between these two. Then down here, strawberries increased after a week of maturity, but not significantly. But if we gave it two weeks, then it was significant.
And another week after that, that was another significant...
