In this section, I'm going to go over my entire postmodern philosophy for making primarily red wines. I'm calling it "Aging Gracefully" because I believe that a wine needs to have a good structure in order to fulfill the promise to the consumer for reserve wine, that it should age very well and very gracefully. And so I'm going to take you through descriptions of all of the elements, and then in subsequent episodes, we’ll look more deeply into each of these elements.
