Now, this is the final section in the fining and stabilization section four, and I'm going to talk about this article here, New Power Tools for Winemaking, and in particular, I'm going to concentrate on the new membranes that have been developed in new membrane technologies that have been applied to winemaking in recent years.
So, if you were to ask any winemaker 20 years ago what membranes are for in winemaking, they would say clarification and microbial stability.
