Now I'm talking about pre-veraison, just at that point when we're trying to push the vine into Cycle Two. Later on, after we approach harvest, we're going to want -- we've learned that there is no benefit to withholding water within 30 days of harvest. Okay, here's a little experiment that we did. I'm not going to drag you through the whole thing, but I mostly just want you to concentrate on these two trials here where we're withholding water, 35% of the RDI -- the recommended daily index -- and 60%, so that's a little bit more severe. All this happening at minus 15 bars. And here's the result. We just look at the A520, which is the color index. You can see that all these guys are in the twos, but lo and behold, when we put some good water index in there, we get a big jump in anthocyanins, and I'm going to explain how important that is to texture and richness and proper structure.
