DESCRIPTION: Versuch es noch einmal.
Jakob is telling Jens to try it once again by using a form called imperative. For most verbs, the imperative is the infinitive without the -en ending.versuchen.
If Jakob used the Sie form in a conversation with Jens, he would have to say it like this:Versuchen Sie es noch einmal.
I believe you should not learn this form right now because there are more polite alternatives. A good example is a question:

Kannst du es noch einmal versuchen?
Können Sie es noch einmal versuchen?

So I am presenting the imperative here so that you can understand it when people use it, but you don't have to learn it actively yet.
