Students will participate in doing a deep dive into all the elements of cost management strategies, fully understand what TCO and financial analysis involve, learn how to apply your spend analysis skills to specific category strategies, and understand why organizational alignment, governance, reporting with audit and verification is so critical to ensure savings capture.

Students who take this class series will not only receive 2 CPE but will gain an understanding of how and why cost management will help both the organization and the student in their careers.
